Chris Larson, MD, is a sports medicine fellowship-trained surgeon who specializes in hip arthroscopy, treatment of FAI, ACL reconstruction and proximal hamstring repairs. He is a Master Instructor for AANA and has published over 40 articles regarding hip and knee sports medicine.

Dr. Larson is certified in orthopaedic sports medicine by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Dr. Larson practices at Minnesota Orthopedic Sports Medicine Institute (MOSMI) clinics. He served as the team physician for the NFL team Minnesota Vikings from 2007-2011.

Education

Dr. Larson is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School and completed his orthopedic residency at the University of North Carolina. His sports medicine fellowship is from the Minneapolis Sports Medicine Center.
